I’ve genuinely been so impressed with GOMO Electrolytes+. Not only does it taste amazing, but I’ve actually noticed a difference in how I feel when I use it.
It’s really helped me stay hydrated and sustain my energy throughout the day, which has been especially noticeable during the really hot weather we’ve been having. I also love the addition of L-theanine — I’ve found it really helps with my focus and gives me a much more steady, clear-headed feeling when I have a busy day ahead.
One of the biggest bonuses for me personally is that it’s completely caffeine-free. I don’t drink caffeine at all, so finding something that can support my focus and energy without relying on caffeine or giving me that jittery feeling is a huge win.

I’ve tried quite a few electrolyte drinks over the years, but the GOMO Electrolytes+ Starter Kit has genuinely stood out. The first thing I noticed was the taste , the Pomegranate & Red Berries flavour is really refreshing, not overly sweet and without that overly salty aftertaste that some electrolyte drinks have. It mixes easily too, with no gritty texture.
What I like most is that it feels like more than just a hydration drink. Alongside a blend of electrolytes, it includes L-theanine and a range of vitamins, so it fits nicely into a busy daily routine rather than just being something I’d reach for after exercise. As a busy mum juggling work, content creation and everyday life, it’s been an easy habit to add into my mornings.
This has become a staple in my daily routine now! What I noticed was how QUICKLY the powder dissolved! Even in ice cold water. I’ve never seen that in any other electrolyte I’ve tried! Will definitely be back for more!!!!! Now daily favourite 🤩

I loved to try this. The taste is very smooth and I like it. It def gives me a lot of vitamins and a lot of strength. It’s great for everyday for those who are not that good with drinking water but also after a long day at work when your feeling your soul leaving your body already, this will make you feel alive again. I can’t wait for them to launch new flavours as this one def will be part of our routine now
