Returns & Refunds Policy
At GOMO, we want you to feel confident in every scoop. Our goal is to make your experience simple, fair, and transparent.
Returns Eligibility
Because GOMO Electrolytes+ is a food supplement, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused, and sealed pouches for reasons of health protection and hygiene.
If the seal is broken, we’re unable to offer a return or refund.
Change of Mind
For unopened items, you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to let us know you’d like to return it.
To start a return, email us at support@gomo-uk.com with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you expected, we’ll put it right quickly.
Please contact us at support@gomo-uk.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo of the item and packaging (if applicable)
We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund. GOMO covers return costs for faulty or incorrect items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.
Exchanges
At this time, we don’t offer product exchanges. If you need a different flavour or product, you can return your unopened item and place a new order.
Return Address
We’ll provide the correct warehouse return address after you contact us, depending on your fulfilment location.
