Started using GOMO with the advent of the new year and have really noticed a difference, especially after I've exercised. Normally it takes me a while to settle back into a rhythm and feel normal, but GOMO just sorts you out. I feel brighter and more alert and muscles start to feel normal quicker. I normally struggle with the taste of electrolytes but this one tastes great - not too overwhelming and easy to take daily. I’ve added it into my routine after long runs and gym sessions but it’s also really helped me with headaches and gives me a much needed boost if I have one mid-morning or mid-afternoon.
