I’ve been using GOMO Electrolytes for about two weeks now, and it’s been brilliant. I feel much better hydrated, especially on gym days and when I’m fasting. My energy feels more steady, and I don’t feel drained or sluggish like I sometimes used to.
What I really like is that it doesn’t taste too sweet or artificial. It’s easy to drink and feels gentle on my stomach.
My 11-year-old daughter has also been using it, mainly after school activities and sports. She likes the taste and drinks it without any fuss, which is a big plus. I’ve noticed she recovers better after busy days and doesn’t complain as much about feeling tired or thirsty.

Started using GOMO with the advent of the new year and have really noticed a difference, especially after I've exercised. Normally it takes me a while to settle back into a rhythm and feel normal, but GOMO just sorts you out. I feel brighter and more alert and muscles start to feel normal quicker. I normally struggle with the taste of electrolytes but this one tastes great - not too overwhelming and easy to take daily. I’ve added it into my routine after long runs and gym sessions but it’s also really helped me with headaches and gives me a much needed boost if I have one mid-morning or mid-afternoon. Would definitely recommend giving it a go!
